Mpo2qq Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Rules

Mpo2qq is an online betting platform offering a wide range of digital entertainment services. All services are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years or meet the age of majority applicable under the laws of the region where each member resides.

By using the mpo2qq platform, you confirm that:

• You are using this platform of your own free will and personal decision, without coercion from any party.

• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at mpo2qq. Holding more than one account under the same or different identities is considered a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of balances within them.

• Registration data must use a real identity — full name, phone number, and an active, reachable email address.
• Identity Verification (KYC) must be completed before making your first withdrawal. This process involves uploading a valid identity document such as a national ID or driver's license.
• Account password is entirely the member's responsibility. mpo2qq will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Members must update their account information if any details change, such as their bank account number or phone number.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits may only be made through registered and verified payment methods in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are not permitted.
• All deposits are processed automatically and are generally credited within seconds to a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mpo2qq account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–5 minutes. Under certain conditions, processing may take longer but will not exceed 24 business hours.
• mpo2qq does not charge any admin fee for withdrawals. Any fees that may appear are determined by the policies of your bank or e-wallet provider.

All bets placed on mpo2qq are final once confirmed by the system, except under conditions explicitly stated in the cancellation terms below.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless the relevant match or event is cancelled or postponed beyond the specified time limit.
• If a match is canceled before it begins, all bets for that match are automatically voided and the full balance is refunded.
• If a match is postponed but played within 48 hours of the original schedule, all bets remain valid for the new schedule.
• For live betting, outcomes are determined based on official data received from mpo2qq's match data provider.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds — any fluctuation afterward does not affect bets that have already been placed.

Mpo2qq reserves the right to void bets that appear to exploit technical errors in the odds system, including clearly abnormal odds resulting from bugs or delayed data updates.

Mpo2qq regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and active members. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on its respective promotions page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet all the requirements set for that promotion.
• Each bonus has its own requirements turnover (rollover) that must be met before funds derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Funds from personal deposits (excluding bonuses) are not subject to turnover requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
• mpo2qq reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorized means, including multi-account abuse or system manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.

To maintain fairness and comfort for all members, mpo2qq enforces the following prohibitions:

• Holding more than one active account under the same or different identities.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the odds system.
• Engaging in match fixing, player collusion at poker tables, or any form of match manipulation intended to benefit a wager.
• Money laundering or using the mpo2qq platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you without the account owner's consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward the CS team or other members on the platform.

Violations of the above terms may result in a temporary suspension up to permanent account closure, along with forfeiture of any remaining balance, depending on the severity of the violation.
